    Details: Whether you need coaching about one particular challenge you’re facing or you’re curious to dip your toes into the world of coaching to see if it’s for you - the single sessions are an impactful way to get started.

    Outcomes: Prior to your session, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire so we can really maximize your power hour. During your hour-long session, we will get to the root of what you are working towards, and help you make powerful moves to get unstuck and into action. You can expect to leave your session armed with support, resources, and a new perspective of how to work through the challenges you are facing.
